Prevent Cellulite Naturally

Many people (especially women) are trying to find ways to treat cellulite. Why treat it? Why not prevent it in the first place. Although it is not 100% guaranteed that you will not get cellulite, some of the tips below can help you reduce your chances dramatically.
1. Drink plenty of water. Water flushes your body of harmful toxins which are stored in fat cells. Cellulite accumulates because of these toxins and if you can flush them out of your body, cellulite will be easier to avoid.
2. Stop the sugar binge. Although this might not be what you want to hear, avoiding junk food can help prevent cellulite. Junk food is loaded with sugar and calories and is one of the main causes of cellulite.
3. Get a massage! You heard right. It’s called a Lymphatic Massage and it increases blood flow as well as lymphatic drainage which reduces cellulite from forming.
You can also try drinking Green Tea. Green Tea also improves blood flow and helps prevent cellulite if you drink enough of it. Most importantly, exercise and keep away from junk food to really see a difference.
